Looking Your Best At Auditions
   
 
For any audition, its best to "dress the part"!  That is, dress in the style of the music video, show, or piece you are auditioning for.  Finding the appropriate style might take a little research, so don't be afraid to work hard!  However, some auditions may ask that you wear certain clothing to the audition.  Pay attention to the audition requirements!  Also, make sure you wear clothes that you feel comfortable in!  If you are self-conscious, or worried about possible costume malfunctions, you will not be focused and will not perform as well.   
 
Also:  Make sure you smell good, and look well kept.  Your eyebrows should be done, your skin should be tanned (either sun or self-tanner), you should be clean, and your clothes should not have wrinkles or stains (unless you're auditioning for the part of a dancing dirty bag lady).  Do your hair and makeup so you look beautiful! 
Part of looking great at an audition is long term because it begins with your eating habits.  You should eat well and exercise regularly so that you look healthy.  If you are overweight or underweight, you will not look attractive. 
 
Lastly, make sure your undergarments are in order!  If you're a boy, make sure you wear a dance belt!  If you are a girl, make sure to wear a bra!
